With only one exhibition remaining before the Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team begins playing games that truly count in the 2026-27 college basketball season, players are beginning to reflect on the strides they have made in the offseason and in exhibition matchups ahead of UW’s season opener against the Denver Pioneers on Monday, November 2nd inside the Kohl Center.
After missing his team’s preseason-opener against the Parkside Rangers, Badgers forward Austin Rapp had his return to action against the Green Bay Phoenix. Following an offseason defined by surgery and rehab, he was happy “to finally just be out there with the guys.”
The Australian big man managed only one point and three rebounds against the Horizon League foe, missing all four of his shots from the field, but he is confident in his approach ahead of the regular season.
